Ellen Gieles - Refugee project

On a large screen in a shed on a former army site; images and sounds of a neverending stream of refugees moving on with their belongings on their heads. In the space before the screen; the installation of Ellen Gieles.

"My images find their soil in our consumption- and waste society. Packing, the external side of men and things, is often more important than the content, the inside."
